A

Blood flows opposite to water, Oxygen diffuses from high to low partial pressure (of oxygen) over lamella ,CO2 diffuses in opposite direction.

A

Lungs use positive and negative pressure to breathe.
Positive: Push air in
Negative: Pull air in

How does stomata operate?

A

Guard cells accumulate K ions, water flows in and cells become turgid and open stomate. If there is a deficiency in K ions then water escapes cells and cells turn flaccid and close stomate.
