behavior-focused approach

A

the idea that the object attitudes are not necessarily related to behaviors. You might like ice cream but you’re not always eating ice cream. So focus on attitudes towards the behavior is a more effective method of behavioral prediction (specification of action and target, sometimes also specification of context and time)
