DSM-IV said at least 2 binge eating episodes once a week for 3 months, but there was no significant difference between the one and two (DSM-5) -> better for insurance.
What is the Eating Disorders Examination (EDE)? What four areas does it involve subscales?
Semi-structure, 45 minute interview with good reliability and validity. However, it requires extensive training -> EDE-Q self-report questionnaire is more used.
Involves restraint, shape concern, eating concern, and weight concern as subscales.

Reduce secrecy.
What is stage 2 of CBT-E? (4)
