Q

What are the two ways a physiologist will approach this?

A

Q

What are the 5 time frames of physiological changes?

A
  1. Acute changes: short-term changes of animal after environmental changes
  2. Chronic changes: long-term changes in the physiology after exposure to changes, after extended periods of time
  3. Evolutionary changes: alteration of gene frequencies through generations
  4. Developmental Changes: maturation of the animal
  5. Periodic biological clocks: Repeating patterns, internal clock.
