Q

How do vaccines work

A
  1. the vaccine enters the body and tiggers an immune system response
  2. white blood cells produce anti-bodies to attack the microbe
  3. the microbe has been made harmless
  4. the body now has defenses against the microbe
  5. if a microbe then attacks the body, the memory cells produce anti-bodies to attack and destroy it quickly
