What makes good leadership and management
Leadership-effective leadership is that they know who they are and what they stand for
Management-helps the organization consistently achieve short term results and meet stakeholders expectations

Leaders generate influence from inspiration,vision and personal relationships
Managers primarily generate influence from the role they are in within the organisation
Management is bound to the organisation but leadership is not
Yes but
It is one thing for a leader to propound a grand vision, but this is redundant unless the vision is managed into real achievement with real outcomes
