Both feminine and masculine approaches have value depending on the situation (Cultural revisionist)

Rationality, organizational goals, and autonomy (masculine) should not super cede emotional, relational priorities, and connection

servant leadership begins with a solitary searches for fulfillment (while serving begins with a commitment to others)

A

Hopefulness for fundamental change
Strength in the feminist vision
Watchfulness lest service becomes servitude (doing it for them)
humbleness in knowledge that the server is an instrument of change (you have power, but when you interact with others it is about what my people have done)
Wonderment at passages of self, other, community, and principal growth (fascinated by the small things)
