5 Dysfunctions of a team
Absence of trust (should be vulnerability- based)
Fear of conflict
Lack of commitment (need complete buy in no matter the decision)
Avoidance of accountability (allow everyone to hold everyone accountable, have those difficult conversations, when actions affect the team)
Inattention to results (should focus/reward on results that help the mission and the team, not individual status)
