e.g has an aim tells players how to reach theta aim in expectation to win
however, needs to stay there or else group will switch off without coach there/very reliant

seek opinion of the group before making decisions
PERSON-ORIENTATED STYLE
uses empahty to listn to group
make plan involving palyers to win
players are liekly to continue when leader is not present
laissez faire style
leader does very little, elaves the group to it
manager tells the player want from them
then goes off to sort out other busines, leabing group to conduct the session in prep for game
dis-less motivated players may stop working as no coach is there to tel them otherwise

suggested that autocratic stye is best used in 2 sitautions, where everything is bad or evrything is goof
