A

leader makes all decisions
dictates instructions to the rest of the group
concern of leader is to get results and reach targets
task orientated style

e.g has an aim tells players how to reach theta aim in expectation to win

however, needs to stay there or else group will switch off without coach there/very reliant

then goes off to sort out other busines, leabing group to conduct the session in prep for game

suggested that autocratic stye is best used in 2 sitautions, where everything is bad or evrything is goof
most favourble situation=where everything is good
least favourable sitauion=when evrything is bad

middle ground, wehn sitauion is between good or bad, suggests person ordineted task is most uesful
