Someone who has influence in others achieving their goals
Emergent
A leader who is chosen by the group
Prescribed
A leader who is externally selected
Autocratic
A leader that makes all decision, dictates and is task oriented
Democratic
A leader that listens to the whole group before coming to a decision
Laissez-Faire
Leader has little input, and the team is led by senior players. Less motivated players can stop working
