TFL, glut medius and minimus

inferior gluteal
glut maximus
more on top - opposite of infeiror
Sacral plexus
deep rotators
Sacrum does rotation
Tibial
Gastrocnemius, soleus popliteus, plantaris, tibialis posterior, flexor digitorum longus, flexor hallucis longus
Back of calf muscles
Tibia is very long “longus”
Deep fibular
tibialis anterior, extensor hallucis longus, extensor digitorum brevis/longus, fibularis tertius
F = front calf muscles
Superficial fibular
fibularis longus, fibularis brevis
Super fibularis’s
S = side
Medial plantar
flexor digitorum brevis, flexor hallucis brevis, adductor hallucis, lumbricals (medial 1)
FDB, FHB, add hall and one lumbricals
Dick and Harry lost abductor hallucis
Lateral plantar
lumbricals (lateral 3), abductor digiti minimi, flexor digiti minimi, quadratus plantae, adductor hallucis, dorsal and plantar interossei
