➊ Croup
➋ Parainfluenza (80%)
→ Pertussis (Whooping cough), Diphtheria
➌ • Children - Barking cough that’s worse at night
• Adults - Hoarse voice, Persistent cough
➍ • Usually self-limiting so only supportively managed
• Speak as little as possible
• Stay hydrated
• Throat lozenges
• Gargle warm salty water
• Single dose of PO Dexamethasone
