Article of the Arizona constitution that creates state trust lands for the benefit of schools and other entities
Article 10
A type of legal description that describes a site by boundary lines, terminal points, and angles. The description must begin and end at the point of beginning (POB)
Metes and bounds
A tract of surveyed land showing locations and individual boundaries in a subdivision, town, or section
Plat map
A method of legal description for subdivisions, identifying a parcel of land by reference to lot and block numbers within a subdivision, as specified on a subdivision map that is recorded in the county or the property is located
