A physical location separate from a brokers main office that is used by license used to meet or consult with clients or customers on a regular basis
Branch office
A term not to exceed 30 days during which a licensee employed by the broker or another Designated broker may act on that brokers behalf

A specified number of hours of approved education required for license used to complete during each renewal. In order to maintain a valid license
Continuing education
The principal broker who is responsible for the acts of all licensees under their license. In Arizona, each real estate company has one of these
Designated broker
An entity license by the Arizona department of real estate to operate a brokerage business
Employing broker
A person licensed under the laws of the state to transact real estate business on behalf of another acting as an agent. In Arizona this person must have three years of experience
Real estate broker
A person license by the Arizona department of real estate who is associated with and works on behalf of a designated broker
Real estate salesperson
A license issued to a spouse, next of Ken, or other responsible individual, or to an employee of a brokerage for the purpose of closing the business if the broker dies, is disabled, or is otherwise unable to perform
