A
Inflammation of the bony labyrinth of the inner ear, including the semi-circular canals, vestibule and the cochlea

A
- Usually a VURTI, rarely can be bacterial cause due to otitis media, meningitis
- Acute onset vertigo
- Hearing loss
- Tinnitus

- Clinical diagnosis
- Head impulse test can be used

A
- Prochlorperazine
- Antihistamines
- Abx if bacterial
