problems associated with higher labour turnover?
High recruitment costs(job advertising), times costs(writing job descriptions and interviewing people),and training people.
loss of trained staff(maybe only they could complete a task),effective staff-leads to lower productivity untill new staff is fully trained
Low motivation for remaining staff- makes your company look like it’s not a good place to work – with low employee satisfaction you don’t have staff who advocate for you and have too many leavers reviewing your company.
