Electric Safety:
Dry hands and protected cords
Prevents Electric Shock
Keeps electric devices tipping over or falling
Clean up spills right away
Prevents accidental chemical burns(acid and water looks alike)
Prevents falls
Never leave open flames or hot plates unattended
Hot plates may not look hot
Small flames can be hard to see in a bright light
Prevents accidental burns and fires
Never inhale directly from a chemical container; instead waft it to war you with your hand
Prevents chemical burns inside nasal passages and sinuses
Always tell a teacher about a mishap, however small

Chemicals could be spilled in or on your food
Food and drinks can also absorb chemicals from the air
Many chemicals have to taste or odor
Lab chemicals can be poisonous or fatal in minute quantities
