Rules for using a microscope:
- Always used your assigned microscope ONLY
- Carry your microscope with 2 bands, one on arm, one underneath base

When putting your microscope away:
- Make sure the stage is lowered as far as it can go
- The lowest power objective lens should be facing the stage
- Light source is turned off
- cord is wrapped beside the base of the microscope and rubber band is around it
- Put the dust jacket over the microscope
