what is muscle FLEXION?
“Flexion” is a bending movement where the angle between two parts decreases.
what is muscle EXTENSION?
Extension: increasing the angle between two bones (straightening a bend).
what is muscle HYPEREXTENION?
Hyperextension happens when a joint is forced to move beyond its normal range of motion. This can cause tissue damage or ligament tears.
