how are the phalanges and metacarpals of the hand numbered from 1-5.
what is the singular term of phalange
numbers from 1-5 beginning from the thumb side. Each finger has 3 phalanges: proximal, middle, and distal. The thumb has only proximal and distal phalanges.

What are the 3 bones that make up the Coxal bones?
Ilium, Pubis, Ischium
Name the parts of the coxal bones
what are the differences in male and female pelvises
the distance between the superior anterior ileac spines are greater in females.
AND the distance between ischial spines are greater in females.
These two differences result in female pelvises to have a larger inlet and outlet, which allows room for child birth.
The male coccyx curves inwards, occluding the outlet, while the female coccyx is straighter, leaving space in the outlet for child birth.
The pubic arch angle is wider in females by about 15 degrees.
All of the above differences result in female pelvises being generally wider and shallower than male pelvises, although male pelvic bones are generally thicker and denser to support heavier builds.
Name the parts of the Femur
What are the parts, and is this the R or L patella?
How can you tell if the patella is R or L?
Right Patella, the LATERAL articular facet is LARGER
Name the parts of the tibia
Name the parts of the fibula
Name the 7 Tarsals, which ones are Medial, Intermediate, Lateral?
What is the articular capsule of the knee made of.
The articular capsule is made up of two main layers, an inner layer and outer layer. The outer layer is made up of a tough, fibrous membrane. The inner layer is made up of a synovial membrane, which secretes synovial fluid. The articular capsule of the knee also contains bursae and a pad of fat behind the patella.
Name the ligaments and cartilage of the knee
