What should be included in the prescription of schedule 2 & 3 drugs?
- Name & Address of owner
- Date of prescription
- Name, form and strength of the preparation
- Total quantity/no. dosage units in words & figures
- Dose to be administered
- Prescriber’s signature, qualification & RCVS registration number
- Animal or herd under the vet’s care
