- Meshed communities: Both sides simultaniosly
- The bowling pin strategy: Start with a niche and then to another niche (e.g. FB)
- Piggybacking on existing network (E.g. Airbnb)
- VIP strategy: Marquee users

How do participants interact? Communication features, rules, norms, filters

Testing the POC. Creating platform activity (likes, voting, rating, comments, feedback)

Learn from data and measure on KPI’s
