Two or more companies linked together to give costumer overall service
Smooth solution for customer

Company takes over and change behaviour
Distruption innovation
Comapny give cheaper product with other functions to reach least profitable group of customers
(or low ends footholds, where starting in other market)
Eventually develop product and take the mainstream customers in orginial market
Good enough product that is cheaper
Takes out the market with new functions/technology
Barriers in maturity stage
- Early stages of technologic maturity
Lack of strategy, too many priorities, lack of management understanding - Developing stage
Management understand but do not have tech skills - Maturing stage
Have strategy but now have security concerns
Company in maturity stage understand all the aspects you can use technology for
Improve customer experience and engagement Increase efficiency Improve business decision making Improve innovation Transform the business
