The people of the Liangzhu Culture occupied an area in China near modern-day Lake Tai. Their territory stretched through the Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces and went as far east as Shanghai.

The horizontal arrangement of the parts of a building or a drawing or a diagram showing such an arrangement. In an axial or longitudinal plan, the parts of a building are organized longitudinally; or along a given axis.
Low Relief
In sculpture, figures projecting from a background of which they are a part. The degree of the relief is designated high, low (bas), or sunken. In low relief, the figures do not project much from the background.
