Attempt to replace the EFB using SkyWest Online > IT > EFB Support > Request A Spare. A missing or inoperative EFB must be reported to the EFB help desk. A flight may continue with only one EFB provided Flight Operations MOD authorization. The pilot with the operating is the PF. This written temporary must be carried in place of the lost certificate and is valid for 60 days after issuance. (FOM 4-18)
