Q
link to developmental area
A
the developmental area refers to the idea that development can happen in pre-determined stages. in the kohlberg study, results show that once a ps reached a particular stage, they either stopped or continued to move upwards ; no adult in stage 4 had reached to stage 6 but all stage 6 adults had gone through at least stage 4. this supports the developmental area as it demonstrates the idea that as people get older, the nature of their moral thinking can evolve, passing through 6 distinct stages of moral development.
