“random”(node), plug into “Principled BSDF’s base color” to allow spectrum from black to white:0 to 1.

shift+a(at node area),converter(extend menu),colorRamp.
Place between “object info-random”(n) and “Principled BSDF-base color”(n) tether.
Allows for multiple color schemes.
Change from “linear” to “constant” so there aren’t in-between colors for the sprinkles/particles.
