A

it does not agree with the social norms of society through excessive killing and violence, it stops society’s peace

to stop atrocities from occurring again

we need to understand if ordinary people can commit genocide (e.g. Eichmann who was executed for his part in the Holocaust, was deemed sane and had an ‘ordinary life’ and claimed he just followed orders)
