This quote shows how Jesus was the Logos (Word) of God, and his role in the Trinity is to tell people about God.

This shows how Jesus died to save us, because he ‘breathed his last’ so was dead and would later be resurrected. He also joins God in heaven, because he commits his spirit to the Father.

This shows Jesus’ ascension and that he blessed everyone before leaving Earth, which reveals his forgiving and loving nature, and his role in the Trinity to be the saviour
