Weakness and wasting of muscles closer to trunk (proximal muscles)
Weakness and wasting of bulbar muscles (face and throat)
Early symptoms: tremor, muscle cramps, muscle twitching
May have enlarged breast, testicular atrophy, reduced fertility, erectile dysfunction
