heart disease - fats lead to blockage of arteries which stresses the heart
how does obesity affect blood pressure?
increased salts leads to narrowing arteries require more force to squeeze blood through so higher pressure needed
how does obesity affect arthritis?
extra mass on joints
how does obesity affect diabetes?
unable to balance sugar in body
how to combat obesity
- increase exercise

rate at which chemical reactions in cells of body are carried out
