What is not considered a Juvenile offender?

A

-Traffic offenses 14 yrs or older.
-Fish and Game Wildlife Parks Boating offenses 16 yrs or older.
-Person under 18 convicted as an adult, sentenced as an adult following termination of extended jurisdiction, convicted/sentenced as an adult in another jurisdiction.

A

-Offense committed in officer view
-Warrant
-Probable cause that a warrant exists from another jurisdiction
-PC committed a felony
-PC committed a misdemeanor
