Savior of Jewish people

Eternity. Past present and future across time. God exists like this.
Omniscience
The ability to know everything. All knowing of eternity. God is all knowing
Beneficence
Actions for the benefit of others. God always has beneficence
Omnipotence
Unlimited or great power. May not have this, as bad things still happen in the world.
Morality
God has a concept of right and wrong.
How does Judaism view time?
Linear. Beginning, middle and end. Beginning is God creating the earth.
Everything exists….
In relation to God.
Central problem?
Sin and lack of ethical behavior, or honesty, morality (etc.).
Rules?
No exact list. Cannot make an exact rules of God.
Covenant
An agreement formed between God and a person.
Prophet
Spokesperson of God. Creates covenants.
Abrahamic covenant
Sinful people, established covenants to deal with this.

Covenant with Moses
Speaks to Moses through burning bush. In book of Exodus. God saved the chosen people - delivered from slavery and Moses gets 10 commandments. Gives rules.
Where does Moses receive the 10 commandments?

The belief in a single, supreme God
Creator of the universe?
God.

Neither a beginning or an end.
There is a gap between…
God and humans. God is perfect, while humans have sins and are not perfect. We are not everlasting.
Isaac is supposed to be a
Missionary.
