Waist circumstances
Marrowest part of torso between ribs and iliac crest

Men <=102cm
Women <=88cm
Hip Circumference
Maximum Circumference on gluteal region
Waist to hip ratio
Asses distribution of fat. If waist is bigger there is too much fat around middle causing intra-abdominal obesitt which increases chances of getting heart disease or type 2 diabetes

Mens <0.95
Women <0.86
Why is Body fat % more accurate than BMI
Coz BMI does not account for muscle mass
Skin fold body fat %
Good measure of subcutaneous fat.
Take 3 measurements in rotational order on the right side
