1A. Natural primary goods: Reason, health
1B. Social primary goods: Civil/political rights, citzenship.

  1. Social and economic inequalities are to satisfy two conditions:

2A. Fair equality of opportunity
2B: To benefit the leasy advantages members: the difference principle
