A

SGA due to a pathology reducing the amount of nutrients + oxygen being delivered to the foetus

A

From 26-28 weeks

or from 20 weeks if >3 minor RFs

Findings in placental function doppler

Pulsatility index, resistance index, end diastolic flow

A

Assesses foetal artery blood flow in the umbilical artery
PI + RI are measures of resistance, so should be LOW
EDF should be positive
