A

NeonatalAutopsy (if parents decline MRI or fetogram can be performed)
Careful examination of placenta, cord and chorioamnionic membranes.
Placenta histology
Testing of maternal blood send for KB staining, anti phospholipid Ab and lupus lupus
fetal karyotyping(previously recommended karyotyping but now chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA)
