-immediate treatment not required>spontaneous remission>if not medication given
-medication : steroid, IV IG
-Bone marrow transplant not required
>no features(fever, bone pain, low, previously well)
fbe : no anemia, no blast cells,leucopenia
no hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy
PROGNOSIS
-excellent prognosis with 90 percent resolution
-75 % : 4-6 weeks
-15% : up to 6/12
-very unlikely to recur but if recurrs>investigate>think of lupus
