2.Application if pyrethin based scalp prep hair>rinsing>comb with fine toothed comb>rinsing
-repeat in seven days
3. OR conditioner and comb every two days until no lice seen for 10 days
ADVICE
-hair does not need to be cut short
-school exclusion after treatment not required
-follow up to check resistant to med>malathion prep
