What is IPMS 2 - Industrial
A
The sum of areas of the building measured to the internal dominant face at each floor level and reported on a component by component basis.

What does IPMS 2 - Industrial Include / Exclude?
A
Includes
- Internal areas, walls and columns.
- Balconies
- Internal loading bays
- Catwalks and enclosed walkways are included but stated separately.
Excludes
- External loadings bays
- Sheltered areas and other external areas are excluded.

What is IPMS 3A - Industrial?
A
- The sum of areas available on an exclusive basis to an occupier measured to the outer-face of the perimeter walls.
- Used for sale purposes.

What does IPMS 3A Include / Exclude?

Includes
- Internal areas in exclusive use.
- Ancillary areas, mezzanines and catwalks are included but stated separately.
Excludes
- Temporary structures
- Open external stairways
- Areas beyond the covered area

A
- The floor area available on an exclusive basis to an occupier and measured to the internal dominant face of the perimeter walls.
- Used for leasing purposes.
