What is the relationship between the body and spirit of actions in Islam?
Just as humans have a body and spirit, actions also have a body (physical aspect) and spirit (intention and sincerity).

A: An action may be valid (fiqh-compliant) but not accepted by Allah (SWT) if it lacks sincerity and presence of heart.
What did the hadith “النية أساس العمل” (Intention is the foundation of action) emphasize?

Q: What is shirk khafi (hidden polytheism), and why is it dangerous?
A: Hidden shirk involves associating partners with Allah (SWT) in subtle ways, such as seeking people’s approval or praise in acts of worship.
Q: What is riya (showing off), and how does it oppose sincerity?
A: Riya is performing actions to gain praise or attention from people, undermining the sincerity and purity of one’s intentions.
Q: What are the levels of sincerity in intention according to Islam?

Who are mukhlis and mukhlas, and how do they differ?
Mukhlis: Someone striving to purify their intentions.
Mukhlas: Someone purified directly by Allah (SWT) and protected from Satan’s deception.
What advice did Lady Fatima (SA) give about sincerity in worship?
“Whoever sends sincere worship to Allah (SWT), Allah will send down the best of their interest.”
How can one strengthen love for Allah (SWT) to achieve sincerity?
