Slip back into their old roles, like nothing has changed. This is a loss for the company, because the gained experience and skills are not used

Put their new skills and international experience at use and the company benefits from this. This strategy is only possible when the management gives the returnee validation for the skills learned abroad and staff members are intercultural sensitive
