arteries in the limb becoming blocked

modifiable (lifestyle), genetics, other
what kind of medicines are used to treat cardiovascular disease?
preventative, curative, managing the condition, palliative
what are preventative medicines?
to prevent a disease (prophylaxis)
what are curative medicines?
to return the disease to a healthy state
what are medicines that manage the condition?
reduces pain and symptoms of the disease to improve quality of life
