Decreased MCV and MCHC
What are the RBC indices for Marocytic anemia?
Increased MCV and normal MCHC
What are the RBC indices for Normocytic normochromic anemia?
Normals
What is the reticulocyte count for aplastic anemia?
Decreased to absent

Schistocytes/ Sphereocytes

Round microcytes, targets, stomatacytes or spur cells
What RBC morphology will you find with pernicious anemia?
Decreased RBC due to B12 deficiency
What RBC morphology will you find with sickle cell anemia?
Targets and sickle cell

Microcytic hypo-chromic marked morphology
