Q

Why do Ayurveda and Yoga talk with immense vigour about self care?

A

Because nothing has a greater impact on the well being of others than our own well being.

At peace within ourselves = radiate that peace outwards. We go into daily interactions with love and compassion; we’re present and giving; we share kindness as freely as the air we breathe.

Q

How do people find sattvic change? All at once??

A

One small, conscious choice leading to another, all with one thing uniting them - a desire to live a simpler, lighter, freer, gentler life. A feeling much more than a thought; being over doing.

Q

What is moksha/ liberation?

A

Freedom to excites our needs, wishes, and gifts fully, but also feel free of obligation or worry - free of the trappings of life and the thoughts and judgements of others.

Through moksha, we gain true intelligence, seeing life for what it really is, and who we really are.
