Of a certainty, the man who can see all creatures in himself, himself in all creatures, knows no sorrow.
- Isha Upanishad
What does Ayurveda provide?
Clear road map back to birthright of vitality, Joy, and bliss.
Ayurveda = science/knowledge/wisdom of life.
What must be in order for the full, unified practise of yoga and meditation begin ?
Grinding ourselves in the holistically supportive lifestyle embodied by Ayurveda.
Sattva is the highest energy - not a lofty, impossible aspiration. It’s the opposite, it’s our natural path.
When is Sattva most keenly felt?
Within the depths of our being, when were as close as we can be to nature - our own nature and that of the world around us.
What is the gift that distinguished Homo sapiens from any other human species whom were once on this planet?
Not largest brains. Not physically.
It was our storytelling. The sweeping narratives are more powerful.
What is Ayurveda’s knowledge and what does it tap us into?
It’s knowledge is simply incredible and incredibly simple. It’s interconnected of body, mind, spirit, and treats the individuality of one, focusing on root causes and preventions.
It taps us back into what we all once relied upon for survival:
- our instincts (where we find stored ancestral on knowledge)
- intuition
- common sense
What happens to our lives when consciousness evolves ?
Naturally the stuff of our lives will follow. I may be surprised as to where.
When have we lost our way to Sattva?
When we move away from nature (inner and outer).
When we have eyes out but hearts in none.
Where is happiness found and where is it lost?
It is lost when I remove myself from nature.
It is found in my nature, in Mother Nature
🎁 choose my day
