Q

Where do you see yourself in 5 Years?

A

I see myself specialising in MSK as a Band 6 practitioner. Then to go for a team leader position. I aim to have done a masters by then in order to learn more about physiotherapy. I am also wanting to become qualified in acupuncture, but first I am still reading about it and the evidence around it.

Q

What is your greatest weakness?

A

I am a great reflector
I found that following my placements I would reflect too much and think about about my patients, this would cause me to have less time to relax. However, I am aware of this and I have started to set myself time aside in an evening to reflect on a patient or a situation which occurred, read up or research anything I need to. I also have a reflective journal which helps.
