What interest you in this role of being a HPE trainee?
My love for sport
My passion for helping people and see them progress through the different stages of learning.
I original did atar because I thought that I would go and do physiology but over time I released I maybe didn’t want to do that, and instead become more interested in pe
I have always looked up to my pe teachers from primary school and high school and thought it would be the best job.
What have you done previously that you believe leaves you an idea candidate? (coaching a team)
I work in team at work and like being apart of it.
I have played in a soccer team.
I have helped out athletes at little athletics during state relay training about their baton changes.
I have not coached any teams, but I would be eager to coach some.
Have you had an external job before? Or leadership role? What would you tell them about you to help you achieve the most out of your job.
I worked at hungry jacks Mirrabooka for 1 year and then Coles Mirrabooka for 2 years, where I currently am.
At Coles I am often left in charge to split the pallets that come in. I need to ensure that I complete the job otherwise it will affect the next day shifts.
What has been an area of your life that you have had to develop?
More disciplined and organised towards everyday tasks, and to take instructions e.g driving, teachers
My ability to ask for help from people around me, instead of trying to go figure it out alone.
What has been your greatest achievement/accomplishment and what traits/skills do you think help you to accomplish this.
Completing atar which needed hard work, organisation, commitment.

Competing in state relays finals which need commitment, dedication, perseverance, sticking to a program, goal setting, going to training twice every week.

What are your strengths? What are things you need to improve?
I am hardworking, resilience, friendly natured, always up for a challenge.
I need to improve my ability to ask for help when I need it, need to improve my practice and confidence to communicate from the perspective of adult to adult, since I have left school.
Tell us something about yourself that other people may be surprised to know.
Falling out of a tree and breaking my arm
Running in the state relay final
Interest in finance and investing.

How do you think the transition from student to teacher will go and will it be hard having to act professional over current students next year who are your friends? What are the boundaries that you need to navigate?
Being clear with myself and setting boundaries with myself
Need to ensure that they is Mutual respect. and that people in lower years know that I am no longer a student and that I need to act professionally in situations
Being clear on what the role is and to being consistently with the way I act
Telling them politely and reminding them that I am no longer a student if anything was to happen.

Are you aware about the certificate side of the job? and further study.
Yes I am aware, and I would be looking forward to completing it.
Further study for me involves going to uni the following year for a course such as Bachelor of Health & Physical Education (Secondary) or Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science or Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or bachelor of business
What career would you see yourself doing in 5-10 years?
Pe teacher
Further study, uni course,
Physio- own my own physio.
Still not sure and keeping my opinions open.
Travelling lots and exploring the world
What other commitments outside of school will you have. Availability before, after school and camps?
Plaining to join a soccer team.

When will you be getting your license.
I got it august this year.
What is your swimming ability like? Competent to complete bronze requal in a couple of weeks
I am a strong swimmer, completed up to level 12 in swimming lessons and have done a handful of open water swimming events and triathlons.
What would you do if you were in a situation where you had nothing to do
They is always something to do, you just need to look for it,
whether that is cleaning up or doing administration work, ask if anyone needs a hand with anything and trying to be proactively useful around the place
I prefer to be busy at work because it makes the day go faster.
