Different professions learning with, from and about each other to improve collaboration and the quality of care.

The focus has increased on IPC to optimize the quality of health care

Health workers with different backgrounds work together with patients, communities etc to give the best care

The 3 C's Cooperation Coordination Collaboration is performed between profession to deliver patient centered care

Work group in health care who has a collective identity and shared responsibility of delivering care for a patient.
