Budgets and costs
If the promotional activity meets its objectives within the budget = cost effective
They can be changed or avoided by reassessing the situation the case and change or decide on something cheaper
Time
Businesses most often set time frames in which their promotion material meets objectives
If they don’t meet time limit = waste of money, time and resources
Lead time = time limits it’s takes for the development and production of promotional material or activity
Skills
A business must make they have the right skills and expertise to plan and promote their campaign
This could be conducted by a skills audit
Technical resources
A typical business won’t have the resources to make their campaign therefore they will have to buy them in or hire them
